Ditragos began with a group of waiters and bartenders who worked around dozens of hotels around Houston, each time one of these hotels needed extra staff for large events, they requested one of the employees of this group and in this way the experience that these Bartenders have been acquiring it has become unequaled, they worked in hundreds of different styles of events in different areas of Houston. One of the bartenders in this group decided to create a company that would work directly with the owner of the event and achieves maximum satisfaction in each of their services, so they stopped working for these hotels and started working directly with the public. Our staff has worked for high-class hotels such as Marriot, The Woodland Country Club, Galvez, Sheraton, DoubleTree by Hilton and many more, and now you can hire all of this staff for your private event anywhere you want. Now that you know the experience we have, we want you to know that Ditragos has focused on exceeding the expectations you can expect from a bartender or waiter, even having a better service than any of these luxury hotels.

your experience is our main priority ...
While we have staff that may have years of experience, we still require all servers / barbacks / bartenders to go through 20 hours of rigorous training on mixing and hospitality expectations. All the waiters who work have a TABC certificate and must have or be in the process of obtaining their alcohol awareness certifications.
